The Quivering Palm change to use Assassinate instead of Tactics is terrible. Most Monks prefer to get their Stunning DCs high Assassinate is simply used for the hunting bird in Falconry.

Not mentioned in release notes, raven now requires:
character: 25/50/100/200/600 kills, 1/3/5 hunter
account: 50/100/200/400/800 kills

pretty steep for mob that is in like two places in game

We are looking into this, something was adjusted accidentally I think.
