Tried Levelling TWO of my Wizards this morning. One to 17 and another to 18.
At 3rd Section of Level-Up process, Neither were able to Select the Two Arcane Spells Wizards normally get gaining a Level.

Both have spells available for Selecton, not Inscribed yet.
Tried Reloading Client and Rebooting, still same result.

Could not find this on Known Issues. Anyone else notice this problem...???

(Yeah, you Sorcs are saying just go buy the Scrolls. Donate the $$$ for Summon IX, Wail, etc. and they'll both be Good-to-Go. And see how you'd like getting NO MANA next Level...

On the other hand, they both can sure Whip those Cure Serious Wands!!!
(But sort of Irrelevant being Warforged...

What is the base Int on your wizards? And, did they eat a +2 or +3 tome?

Great Questions Fellas, trying to narrow down the Problem...

Yes, both have been Lesser Reincarnated. One with a +1, the other with a +3.
(Got REAL Lucky with Easter Bunny and Pulled TWO +3's

Both have Eaten +2 Int Tomes.

IIRC Both have 20 Base Int w/ +2 Inherent apiece, so No Problem with Stat Minimums to Learn Spells.

And Both have 2x Level Splashes, one is 2 Rogue, other is 2 Ranger.

(I Like Gish & Tricksters...

I did this too. Basically, I think you leveled up to 17/18 already once, and got to choose spells then (which stayed in your spell book when you Lesser/Greater Reinc'd), and it's not letting you choose again...because you already did. Confused me at first too, but after thinking about it seems perfectly WAI.

I was 11 Wizard / 2 Monk.

LR +3'd to 10 Wizard / 2 Monk / 1 Fighter. When I then got xp to level up to 11 Wizard, I couldn't choose spells...because I had already hit 11 Wizard, and had already chosen spells.

It is a known reincarnation bug, there are posts in the reincarnation section of the forum about it. If you reincarnate a wiz, you no longer get spells at each level. I have leveled 2 times (to 14 and to 15) and no spells. I submitted a ticket and the GM response was that it was known, there is no cure, sorry, have a nice day. When I asked if I should take the level or wait for a fix, I was told that they couldn't give advice either way, sorry, have a nice day.

Since level 8 and 9 spells are not available in the store, and extremely scarce on the AH, I am without spells for my new level (I have horrid wilting, so it's all OK, right?). I did find a couple scrolls for sale for about 300k-1000k gold buyout.. I think I will wait and just be broken for a few more weeks or months until it is fixed.

I would be happy to PM the name of my wiz if you want to look at it.

Nope.. Mine was a pure level 13 wiz, and since GR I have leveled 2 times in game, never been 14 or 15 before.. you just no longer get spells after a reincarnation. Definitely a bug.

I had this problem at level 5 and 7, but not at level 9, on my wizard Melli. Just bit the bullet and bought scrolls, but that's a lot less doable as they get more expensive.

Well, there is also the problem that certain spells are not available on scrolls from vendors. I don't know how common they are on the AH tho, especially level 8 & 9s.

I'm not sure if this is the same issue:

I TRed Downpour into a wizard 2 days ago,
and I was never offered to choose any spell during character creation.
I just simply landed in Korthos with no spells at all.

Not a big deal, at that lvl you dont need much to get by,
but I still wasnt able to learn all those spells you can buy at the scroll shop
