Madstone Defender in The Madstone Crater (Elite) are being recorded as Giant Skeleton Warrior. MM shown with Giant Skeleton Warrior counter highlighted and red box around Madstone Defender.
EDIT: Madstone Defender also appear in Litany of the Dead (Hard, Elite) during the pit ambush. Litany of the Dead (Casual, Normal) spawns Giant Skeleton Warrior (CR 14) instead. So looks like it's the same base monster, that is being assigned a new name to differentiate the CR 14 version from the CR 19 version .... but someone forgot to reassign the Monster Manual entry.Last edited by Deadlock; 05-20-2013 at 05:25 AM.
