Dread Captain Crimson Anne missing from Smuggler's Rest, not counting as any other human.

Dreadlord Giddeon from the Delera’s module no longer tracks in the monster manual since the update for catacombs and delera. If you had him from before, he still shows in your monster manual, but you can no longer accumulate kills for him or see his HP

Forge Wisp Wraith missing from House of Pain, Cogs, etc etc, not counting as any other wraith wraith.



Also, not turnable like other undead, it is healed by negative energy, but looks like still using the living spell (ooze) template somewhere.

The Lord of Blades no longer counts as a Warforged, so does not show HP in either heroic or legendary Lord of Blades.

Toven d’Cannith in Master Artificer no longer counts as a human since the most recent update, so doesn’t show HP

Ancient Nightmare (the dream reavers) in Lord of Blades count in the quori monster manual, though they are listed as aberrations rather than quori. Dream Reavers and Modius (dream reavers from dreaming dark chain) do not count as quori, so either they all should, or the ones in LoB should not

Soul-Cleansed Warforged (animated objects) now track as warforged since the update, which makes sense, but they are creating 2 entries in the monster manual. The ones in Artificer Workshops are counting as a different entry as the ones in Master Artificer

Arraetrikos from Heroic Shroud only is improperly counting as a Horned Devil (He is a Pit Fiend). He is counting as "Captain of Shavarath" in the Horned Devil monster manual.

Topiary Satyrs from The Feywild expansion are not counting as Monstrous Plants, though the topiary lions in this expansion and other quests count as monstrous plants.

Shade of Destruction from Delera's Tomb no longer tracks in the monster manual. He doesn't show HP, and killing him does not track in the monster manual or progress the kill counter if you had him from pre-delera update
