Omaren Executioner is a Specter, which are not currently in the Monster Manual, but displays his HP, despite not actually tracking as anything in the Monster Manual.

Omaren Ecclesiast is displaying HP even though I don't have the Wight monster manual completed. Likely internally tagged as something else even though it's tracking as a Wight.

Black Puddings from Thrall of the Necromancers are no longer counting in the monster manual as anything. They do not show HP or accrue the Black Pudding kill count in your Monster Manual.

Some reason the red-named Greater Fire Mephit Courtiers in Zawabi's Revenge are now generic yellow-named Greater Fire Mephits, though this isn't technically a MM issue, as they track properly as Greater Fire Mephits

Actually DDO really need 2 or 3 updates for fixing the whole game and yet people still cheering for a new race or pack like if the game is actually working.
