Does this character do anything besides be a sack of HP?

Also, you can get another 15 HP from greensteel, and I'd say you totally need it. It would really help your survivability.

I want to say it was so difficult to cap to 28, but with all the twink gear and past lives, killing stuff was never a problem.

Elite, and even Epic Elite, it was a little slower but good preparation is OP.
EDIT: it was pugging though, when I ran with guildies, I was pretty useless.
Hotbars are also clean because I had to LR to swap my starting constitution.

Making a useful toon is an ok idea, but what I'd like to see is you putting up No Healing Allowed LFMs. NHA isn't as catchy as BYOH, but it would be interesting to see what quests you could clear with the 3200+ hp you stepped in with and not a single hp more.

Oathblade 2.5d10 + 6 Enchantment + 10 Deadly + 5 Power Attack + 3 Divine Favor + 4 Divine Might + 2 Monk Past Life + 2 Arcane Past Life + 13 Strength + 2 Artifact.

I had to twist in Boulder Toss and Energy Burst.

I was actually hoping for something more along the lines of a public service announcement for people not to have 400 HP in epic. I once ran a EH Von3 pug where one guy had 270 HP. He died a dozen times. Took some work afterwards, but I managed to trick him into putting on a +8 con item.
