I would want to celebrate the Eilistraeean High Hunt!!
'The festivities begin with signing, dancing, and drinking under the moonlight, traditionally the clerics of Eilistraee would wear nothing but a blade. Once the moon is at it's apex, the party breaks into groups of two and fan out into the forest in order to find their prey for the night. Each season the hunt is different—it's tasked to destroy an entity that is no longer meant for this world. The one who fells the beast generally is rewarded for their bravery. After the hunt, the festivities resume with more dancing.'
You have no idea how often I've daydreamed about being able to take part in Eilistraeean rituals. ^_^

Hmm...guess I would prefer the Risian Ice Games. Although I would never physically be able to do those jumps, watching a tv show of people attempting to and failing would be completely hilarious. I could at least do the normal ice skating below.
