I'm happy to announce that as of today, Customer Service will be assisting everyone on Twitter through the official DDO feed: @DDOUnlimited. No longer will you have to tweet or follow the support only feed.

We're going to be most closely monitoring and responding to the feed for support issues between the hours of 9 am to 7 pm Eastern Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 6 pm Saturday and Sunday.
