Well, I don't know too much about the Harpers, so I can't say much there.

Being a Coin Lord would be decent, you'd be rich, feel all important and stuff, have a representative to do everything for you, extort some money off of some poor soul who forgot to read the contrac-...I mean, "Appropriate funds" from a "dishonest" contractor who isn't fully cooperating with the terms of the said contract.

Pretty much be a pirate at a desk job.

I'm pretty sure I'm already an Honorary Member of the Twelve, considering I helped them deal with Xoriat-related issues. TWICE.

But the Twelve consists mostly of mages, and if you know anything, it's that mages can come up with some pretty crazy things from time to time. Plus, dealing with magic sounds more fun than being rich.

But that'd also mean that you'll have to be subject to a random fireball spell exploding in your face on a daily basis.

Tough call...BUT considering that the Twelve has the Bacon Wand...I'd stick with the Twelve.

I'd go with the 12. Coin Lords are rich, Harpers own shifty and sneaky but the 12 have real power. Besides the easy Teleport/Planeshift possibilities are too sweet.
