After learning about Tier 2 EK Light Armor Proficiency grants -5% asf to all armor (thanks unbongwah) and play testing with the original version...I went through and tweaked the build. I plan on play testing the tweaks this when the character I have assigned to this build TRs again (in about a week or so).
