Recently I've began to have a fascination for throwing builds, so I put together a build I thought would look nice, and am looking for feedback from more experienced players. Rolling it on Lamannia later today, but thought I'd put it out here first. Thanks for all feedback, and I am ready/willing to answer all questions about the build.
Also, looking for ideas about gear. Is TF the best way to go for shuriken, or are ES challenge-shurikens better?
