I went for a formal cut-off, but in reality it's when I get into work on Wednesday and start to go through the applications. So let's call it 11:59pm Eastern on the 19th.

The 2015 Council did not see anything from the 2014 Council. May be the same for the 2016 Council (won't see what the 2015 Council worked on).

You should apply. The time comitment is not bad at all. You will have access to a sub-forum off the main forums if on the Council. The 2016 Council will get update 30 to give feedback on. Hopefully cool 10th anniverssary stuffs. 2016 would probably be a good year to be on the Council. I think it would be neat to give feedback on U30.
