So I throw down the gauntlet for others to do better "Why you should be playing DDO videos" that we can all share on facebook and such.

You know, Standing stone could do a contest for the best videos of this type, and maybe give DDO points to the winner.
Then we would have a great "reasons to play DDO" video to share with others.

I think the best appeal DDO has now is that it's so deep and it offers a ridiculously good deal for new players. I applaud your efforts sir, DDO can always use more good word being passed around the internet.

There's probably others by other community content creators on this topic. Voodu, DDOcast, DDO Players News among others make weekly videos and have been for years.

Videos are cool, but lets not forget that more people streaming twitch of DDO might also increase the game's visibility. Not sure how many users you'd need to get a twitch stream on the front page though.

I agree Twitch can be good. But Standing Stones does not have the money to promote the game, thus it falls to us. I was hoping people that were good at making youtube videos would jump on this. General game play videos are nice. But I think we need videos that talk directly to getting new players to try out the game. And a well done video (like mine, but much better) would give us something to share on facebook, and other places.
