All transfers have been completed and items are accounted for. After about 8 attempts my main and guild went through. It looks to me like the hang-up had something to do with the bank but I can't be sure. Initial pack was at four hours before I was kicked from Thelanis and lost in the void.
SSG was as good as their word and sorted everything out, I am now at my new home with all my stuff!
