Irritated, the lag is so bad that when I get logged in finally, I move 2 steps forward and get teleported to someplace I was not anywhere around. I have tried on all 3 US servers and all the same. Please SSG stop this torture and just admit you can't fix it. Just give up and call in professionals. You have probably lost more money than it would have cost you to just get it fixed. I would hate to be in your board meetings when upper management asks why the bottom line has dropped so drastically.

Have to thank Strimtom for a gret show today and winning a code for Ult Ed of Chill. I was able to play a little, but the lag was bad. Thanks again.

Where is the point where you cut your losses and just quit? As a VIP player paying for a product you can't really play, due to server congestion, bad coding that breaks mutliple functions, or doesn't allow a player to access to characters etc. I am on brink of just saying farewell, even though I do love the game, but with no changes occuring and issues piling higher and higher for playerbase, it doesn't look so appealing anymore. I only have a small amount of time to play, and the game I choose to play and pay for,, doesn't work. How long before you all drive away the people that actually enjoy the game, will it occur to you that something serious needs to change before the consumer is fed up with half baked promises?
