I turned in my reward on HC, and then went to Orien and retrieved it there as well, and was running around, doing things, and switched characters and noticed the feat was gone. I did another test, and sure enough, when I logged out and back in, the feat was gone. Strangely enough, on the 2nd time when i did the test, the footprints were still there, I could see the icon on the toolbar, that was still appearing active, but when i check, the feat is gone. So for now, anytime I log off, when I log back in, I need to go to the HOH to get the reward feat to be applied again.
