iirc SSG was pretty clear last year that in retrospect they thought they priced it too low. Pretty sure there was a dev post or something said in a livestream to this effect. Not surprised to hear they raised it. Unfortunate for those who didn't grab it last year.

If WIS based and playing in parties, it's not bad for the RS capstone. +4 WIS is nice, and max healing every 5th spell is nice. Especially if you're raiding a lot and are also often the primary healer. Which is what I used to do on the build...beat on bosses with aura on and spam cures/burst...

Yes, unless the LFM states the specific named item they are looking for and also states passers only please. Even if going after the same item you're assisting them by helping them complete the quest faster. If you're weary about it though you can always send a PM to the leader and ask.
