All of Amarath should just get moved to level 20-ish, with ToD rings being aligned to epic destiny bonuses or quality Stat bonuses or something or unique bonuses like crown of summer or something. Would be outstanding to see ToD run again regularly around level 20 like VoN is and give 200k xp.

As someone who solos a lot with hires, we definitely need some options for upgrades during epic leveling.
