Bigger issues - past year ingredients (candies, chocolate) don't say "rotten" and such in the name. They can't be turned in (which is fine) but they CAN be auctioned. There is going to be a lot of AH fraud and confusion.... Can someone else confirm seeing same?

I would love to have a way to slot spell power (and insightful spell power) on something other than weapons/scepters/orbs/shields. For example on rings. Super limiting currently and makes you sacrifice DPS on, say, an EK by giving up that 9d6 ruby that also can only go in your weapon slots.

Someone double check me but I think there is another stealth fix (or unintended consequence) - you can no longer solo Fire on Thunder Peak again i.e. the two dragons are invulnerable when near each other again. If so, super bummed about that.

Another example for your list: Potions of Efficacy state they grant alchemical bonus to universal spell power but do NOT stack with Potions of Brilliance, Inferno, etc. which grant alchemical bonusses to individual light, fire, etc. spell powers. Potions of Efficacy instead behave like potency...

Note Chaosmancer (optionally using a +1 lesser heart) opens up interesting build options since you can strip elemental immunities (versus previously you had to go fire and tiefling).
