Easy fix - upon transfer to new x64 server, characters not logged in for the last 12 months lose their name, become 'UserName-ServerName'. If the whining it too high, 24 months. Problem solved.

I don't see them used too much at higher levels, but what about a Summon Monster +5min timer extension item/augment? Not game breaking, limited usefulness. Maybe future VIP?
