THis already exists, anyone who has preorder bonuses has access to a mount on hc right away. When I make a character on hc I get my feywild unicorns right away. And the borderlands extras one too I believe. And my dinosaur mounts if i go talk to that person.

I have a serious fear that the icon images use rastor are instead of vector, and will look awful if resized, and that is the isssue. This is just a suspicion on my end, so take it with a grain of salt.

Also, it's just a group unlock effort of the new dungeons. If you don't want to play, you'll still get the dungeons at the wave of reaper players open them. It's actually pretty well designed in my opinion.
