on loot weekends with gems i think it can get you higher loot attribute values than otherwise possible (+15/+16 stats for example). or maybe its just loot weekends than do that and blessing is useless

yeah so this was about throwers but in the end, why is it bad that a build built for SA dice and TWF would be stronger in SD than FOTW? That's thematically correct. And it's VERY hard to run around with 1000SP and 40 SA Dice and not be a gimp somehow or just try harding with a bunch of temp...

also here is another crazy idea: like any other modern game (POE, D4), why not just try it as a feature for a few months and then choose whether to keep it or not (aka a Season). If it breaks DDO, roll it back. If it's good but needs changes, change it. Doesn't seem like that big of a deal to try
