Does anybody know if the usage of spell power from the one of the other elements, also applies to spell crit chance and damage? The description to me means it won't but I want to be hopeful.

I'm looking at coming back to the game again after time off and was looking at just getting a handheld for the vast majority of the games I play. For DDO the handheld would be docked for mouse and keyboard anyways so I'm not worried about the keybindings. Has anyone used any for DDO previously...
