Not sure how this hasn't been fixed but the rare Seeker filigree has the bonus effect of +2 Melee Power. It's a Ranged set of filigrees and no place in it is Melee power except there. Easy fix...Swap it out for Ranged Power. Truth be told this only happens on things that are ranged items. You...

Grausherra on Discord posted this and it helped me out...sometimes the logos in the folder gets corrupted (Dungeons and Dragons Online\raw\en\logo). I just deleted them all and it lets me play again. Hope this helps someone at least...
