Enlarge only boosts range not AoE size, but it's handy to have; I love it in raids for throwing out arcane pulse to keep a constant damage stack going & it's cooldown is short enough you can build it up fast, or maintain stacks on multiple enemies.

Actually 80% of a full sentient gem if you go by number of slots, though it'll require a spark to get the 8th slot open. Massively diminishing returns after that.
