Another thing i think can be worked is... In one same raid you can have 2 to 3 bosses with diff mechanics (dps check, movement skill, coordination, etc), so a full party should be balanced to be able to face various encounters

Yep....and theres a lot a space to improve this scenario SSG+stream/Content creator/viewer....they even could give content creators the change to be DDOfreecode givers as drops or even givaways.

Another thing to mention is in others MMOs Raids usually u have more then 1 "final boss" through the raid, with different mechanics and/or things to deal with. That forces to have a more balanced party to face all the diversity.
