    Looking for some input on a strong end game shuri thrower build?

    Any help would be appreciated, melee player wanting to start a thrower because of a lucky raid drop. I know full dex halfling is the play, but the class combo ect I am unsure of. Any end game throwers out there willing to share their build? Thanks!
