No. You have to pack, then transfer. Cordovan has answered this multiple times. Every character must use the pack function before transferring.

Yes. What is confusing is that the TR cache does not get packed, but it moves with your character when you actually transfer using the transfer wizard.

How about when you do update it if you just go ahead and make crafting all the way to level 40 available. That way it is already in place and people won't be able to use the gear until you make those levels available anyway.

The max over level penalty on challenges is 90%. So you will always get a little bit (10%). At least if you are the highest level character. There is a power leveling penalty that stacks with the over level penalty. So this one is working as intended.

Epic tr includes a lesser tr when you retake your heroic levels. That is why an epic tr resets the dialogue.

Pretty sure it did reset when I did an epic tr. I was not happy.

Actually less than 10 minutes if you do a gem only run for purposes of buying compasses. Just run though and kill evrerything and leave. Half the time if team of two and go opposite directions

E everytime I have had this happen it turned out to be a barrel that for some reason they cannot pick up so they all freeze. Hurry and pick up all barrels to see if that fixes it. Keep in mind the barrel may be in the air
