The OP wants to build a Pale Master, and switch from negative energy to force to bypass immunities.... But Deathward Does NOT stop negative energy damage, despite what the description says.. It stops level drain, ability damage, etc. Did you know that in this game, there are more mobs immune...

Did a fresh uninstall and tried to download the client again, but it appears that the linked page to the client download is not working.... I get an error when trying to go to the Download page... Can someone please confirm that this page is indeed down, if not I know the problem is on my end...

I find the op's statement to be almost completely erroneous... I solo quests on R7.. and have no problem absolutely OBLITERATING any mob before it gets close enough to 1 shot me.... I think the problem is your build, not the content!
