I'm not sure there will ever be transfers. We shall see in the coming years. I think they may discover it's a bridge to far. My understanding is that they have said no transfers over on LOTR. Can anyone confirm or debunk that understanding? Thanks.

If the lfm says, pike and pass or looters wanted, then if you get the item you pass it. If it says farming and looking for x and you are also looking for x, then it's your loot do with it what you wish, especcially on a high reaper quests where the leader needed your help to do the quest.
