Well… the gear setup of the first post has +3 Artifact and +3 Profane to all stats, +6 Insightful Int on the belt and a +14 augment iirc. Also, I had +2 Int from the curse on the artifact ring and reaper stats on the helm.

Yes, you can use the same or a similar setup. I changed mine to drop the Morgrave set in favor of more sun items. My advice is to choose based on the reaper/mythic bonuses and the curses on your items.
