I think the only reason shortbows exist in DDO in the first place is rogues. Rogues get proficiency with a shortbow but not a longbow. However by now there are so many ways for a rogue to get proficient with a longbow, shortbows have long become redundant (pun intended).

When the quest difficulty panel opens, it always says "Re-enter Dinosaur Crisis", even if this is your first time. I checked other "no-door" quests (i.e. the quest giver transports you into quest), and they do not do that. Just Dinosaur Crisis.

I don't know if it is a bug or not, but Wildstrike ability has no effect on maddened minotaurs and on giant skeletons. Other Chaos magic affects them normally, and Wildstrike works on the rest of creatures, including non-maddened minotaurs.

I most definitely used a Heart of Wood. I am certain because I already had a Heart of Blood in my inventory, traded 20 tokens for a Heart of Wood, kept the two next to each other so I could double check and ensure they are different, and I still have the Heart of Blood. One possible explanation...
