Being greedy, I would say Add a good group of quest packs into the basic expansion, all quest in the second tier expansion, and add the first 3 expansion with the ultimate colector edition. If SSG is feeling generous I would add all expansions until saltmarch. and a GOOD sale in every expansion too.

Actually ManyShot should be on just a CD without charges. and scattershot should also have a different independent CD and hell even with bows would still need more buffs ( I would add a critical extension in a legendary feat)
