needs to be +20 heart and 2 heroic and 2 epic tr boxes per character with a tr cache for everyone..... even thats bs cause then were still wasting 30-60 mins of our own time fixing a fudge up that is on their heads..... that or fix the btc issue for everyone.... simpliest is to give us the boxes...

they probably pulled up one of the dead hardcore servers, packed up all of those characters and tried to yeet them onto one of the active servers and all hell let loose....
