Moonsea looks 'sleepy' at around midnight because people are going to bed. It was quite busy today, with the occasional bad lag spike.

Epic amber temple optional xp reward is the same as heroic. Seems to be the same for some other quests as well. Von3 for example, but not quite sure on this one.
