As others have said, check the scalar on your character sheet before and after, this should indicate where the issue lies.

My only issue with Intim is that it doesn't work with everything. I am loving Intimidation Shout for that though. I have insightful MRR/PRR separate on helm and cloak so that's an option.

If you are going to do a lot of lives 20 to cap soon, I would upgrade a level 20 wepon first at least to get 5 or 6 or 7 slots. If you are going to sit at cap for a while I would get an endgame weapon (raid or whatever you can get with your playstyle/content), and put a sentient gem in that.

I have never bought a ruby from anywhere apart from the DDO store and mine still don't work.

Ran some Myth Drannor over the loot boost weekend with an Elixir of Discovery running on a character that still had the Djinni buff. I got an increased quantity of named items, but did not see a marked increase in rare items. I suspect the boosts added to the chance at named loot but did nothing...

Thanks, I don't currently have that but I could maybe swap my VKF points around to grab it, but I think I will play for a while and see if I ever get feared at endgame. I haven't seen it yet.
