This is what Cordovan posted in the service news:

We are working to debut our new 64-bit game worlds and enable free character transfers as quickly as we can, and we expect to have...
LMAO. Why do you care if non-VIPs can play on the server? It just means a bigger population. I've never played the game while not being a paying customer, and I see no argument for what you're saying
Right, except I'm saying it wasn't spite. Completionist and Racial completionst was always going to go away with the release of a new class/race. We always knew this
What I mean is, I think they intended to take it away straight away but it was accidentally left on for a while and then removed. The purpose was for us not to have it. What on earth would they gain from leaving it on just to take it a way after a few weeks just to intentionally spite us?
When Myth Drannor released, we kept racial completionist for a few weeks until they removed it, but it wasn't all the way until expansion release. I'm convinced the fact that it wasn't removed straight away was an oversight and how it worked now for Lamordia is the way they intended it to be for...
Well, I am also "stuck" with my main as triple completionist, and while it's true that making things to easy leads to less things to do, making it too hard means the same thing.
Seems you are missing the point. For me it's not about the 140$. It's about the fact that for Myth and Chill they charge as much as previous ones, and on top of that expect us to pay extra in microtransactions and still not have a reasonable chance to get what we could in the past.
How would the language barrier be any bigger on a EU server? As a Norwegian person, I find it to believe I will be somehow less able to speak Norwegian to other players on a EU server than on one with players from all over the world
