Not sure. Cordo actually didn't respond to my message (at least, yet), but the timing of the CS responses after I did that is pretty suspicious.

I mean, I included some screenshots of it being used to troll me in game (for Erofenfive at least). Otherwise, my name is unique enough to where it can't be a coincidence.

After a long process of back and forth and finally messaging Cordo, I ended up getting Rob Smith to restore my names (and some of my missing items from a different ticket). Erofen and Erofenfive are once again mine on Thrane.

There is a particular agent that just copy pastes irrelevant information based on keyword matching and doesn't actually read tickets. You can include screenshots and all the information needed and they will still ask for a "screenshot of the exact error message" even when it was already...

The same CS agent you mentioned in your first post did the exact same thing to me with asking if I still needed help, not actually reading the ticket, copy pasting FAQ/instructions, and then closing it. Granted mine was not a transfer issue per se, but a name trolling one, but same exact result...

It doesn't, but sorry to hear you lost your name too. Friends list doesn't work properly with someone having a -1 and someone without it. It likes to merge entries.

My vote is bumping it down rather than making it an artifact. The amount of customizability is fun for a non-artifact. Dread didn't give us that option.

yah, the trinket is one of the few things that looks exciting edit: didn't realize the heroic boots also give the jet propulsion... that's pretty cool too

not even the 5 minute version and only 2 augment slots on an artifact... smh
