Day four. Logged in. Lag for several minutes straight. Can't move in hall of heroes to claim VIP reward. To cancel or not to cancel...

I like the explanation I heard. It's 64 bit lag. There's twice as much as 32 bit lag.

The game needs to remain playable. I can live with an occasional hiccup. But when it freezes for a minutes. No that is not acceptable because transfers are happening.

I didn't think lag free. But when I recall to Sharn from the cogs and can't get to the bank in 5 minutes because I literally can not move. The game isn't just laggy it's broken.

Don't care. I run a VIP account. If I pay to play then I expect the game to be playable. Not hope that in a couple of weeks it will all get better. Then put subscription fees on hold until you provide a palyable game.

Two days in row of lag that lasts 20-30 seconds to minutes. Unable to move attack or do anything. I thought 64 bit se5rvers were supposed to make things better?

Unplayable again. Got in 3-4 quests with some spikes and then frozen for 20+ seconds. BOOM dead. I thought it was supposed to get better?
