Will i be able to play the event on any of my stuck in transfer characters? already missed every event/bonus weekend for the past 3 months and there's no improvement at all on the issue.

Neither of your answers has anything to do with my question. How did we go from a downtime with no patch notes (so no work being done on the game) to not have transfers working, is it more clear now? If work was being done, why no patch notes?

How did we get transfers disabled from just a weekly restart? Yes, just a restart, otherwise we would have gotten some patch notes or something.

That would be unacceptable, at least for me. I'm not giving up all my mounts, pets, skill/stat/learning/destiny tomes, elixirs, sentient gems/weapons (most of my leveled gems were in the shared bank), shared crafting storage (raid mats, etc). There's nothing they can give me but my characters...

That's the core of the problem, "additional money" should be used to develop new content not to fix bugs. Main source of income should be used to keep the game running properly, fix bugs and improve server side stuff.

That reminds me of that other D&D mmo wich had a "forge" feature just like what you're saying. They could never adjust xp for user created content and i'm almost sure some ppl recreated quest from this ddo there.

CS answering a ticket is pretty rare, and solving an issue takes longer than IoD/MD/CoR crafting.

Don't feel bad, you could have your character stuck in transfer and miss all the bonuses for the past 3 months (and probably all the upcoming ones since there's no eta for a fix).

They had a great chance to fix more than they break when they planned to force transfers on us, just imagine if they would have actually fixed some issues on the new 64 bit servers prior to the transfers. But no, they launched a buggy expansion, ignored all transfer issues to this day and still...

Average is month or month and a half and don't expect them to come back at you with an fix.

When it works it works really fast. But the big problem here is that devs said cs will be fixing stuck characters and cs now says they can't/won't. They are not communicating what they are doing IF they are actually doing anything to fix these issues.
