No, you get a coupon that can be redeemed. There is a big icon your buff bar telling you that you need to redeem it. This is the deal that SSG offered. You aren't entitled to change the deal to the one you want them to have offered.

shouldn't Heal cause ability damage to Undead? I think the player base wouldn't mind Heal made the enemy Undead weaker. As for player Undead, I never liked Pale Master anyways. :)

I think the best benefit to the game would be to nerf Teh_Troll every time Teh_Troll calls for a nerf to inquisitive. (And I don't play Inquisitive.)

LOTRO has "world chat", a server wide chat channel (that's the "global" part). Each server has it's own world chat "culture", some of them I have not enjoyed, but I don't think I would have called any of them "hate speech".

And some are anti-virus limited. Anti-virus running on access scans of DDO data files can bring everything to a slow snail crawl.

I do play LOTRO. It was mixed. First most players jumped to the 64-bit servers, overwhelming the transfer process. It took multiple weeks to get what was expected to take a few days to get done. SSG did overhaul the transfer mechanism to address the bottlenecks during those few weeks...

I am totally in favor of traps that are meaningful. It is quite irritating to see people running through traps while I am disarming them. Having soul stones pile up in traps is proper behavior. Just make sure it is possible to disarm the trap without evasion. Yes, I play an artificer...

On my main, a level 34 artificer (not inquizitive), I have 50 constitution and 1854 hp. I also have 48%+ elemental absorption, 27% dodge and the + tab of the character sheet says my effective hp is 8085. I don't think this toon is a gimp. I can solo pilgrims' peril hard without feeling...

Oh I did the lightning raid ONCE. Never again. I liked the titan raid. I liked the shadow dragon raid. Both of the Ravenloft raids are amusing beer and pretzels raids. But riding the storm out...ugh.

Better approach, require team problem solving such as The Titan Awakes raid.
