I don't need any. I just want to understand why this seemingly common item has completely disappeared from my loot tables.

This used to drop all the time for me to the point that, 10 years later, whenever I need one I go to the stack of them I accumulated way back when. For maybe the past decade or longer I've not seen a single one drop. Not ever. Does anyone else still see these?

The devs don't like to communicate with us here because they can't 1-button per-ban anyone who disagrees with them like they can on discord. That's what really drives the discord adoption: the ability to surround themselves only with yesmen.

Sadly even if by some miracle they happened to have the code lying around after 20 years, they couldn't do it. The code would have been written to run on servers which no longer exist, requiring software components which no longer exist. And if the leading theory on the current lag is true, they...

It doesn't appear to have been a priority or even a "if we get to it" since OG ravenloft. I had sincerely hopped devs would look at what worked and give us more of that. Instead we got an xpac I wouldn't play for free.

I feel like we're going to get a cosmetic cloak and not a lot else. Nevermind the massive milestone, prepare to be underwhelmed.

At this point if all they did was let you double the size, pixels be damned, it would be an improvement over what we have. I genuinely do not care if its a pixelated mess so long as its bigger.

Did getting it make you feel special? Per the producer that's what justifies rare loot.

Years ago there was a working combat logger. More than one user reported statistically improbable numbers of 1s being rolled. One guy quit over it. Then they patched whatever made the logger work. So? Plat is plentiful and worthless. The cost of 1,000 UMD checks is one mad weekend of vendor...

I've tried this and the numbers look right. This is in stark contrast to, say, the daily dice roles, which are also d100 and also CLEARLY bugged(during the VIP daily old roles I got a 1-20 about 90% of the time). I suspect the rolling mechanism in the chat channel runs on entirely different code...
