Yes, but they are losing money if they don't let folks upgrade their basic xpac (points version) to ultimate (for cash) in big sales.

This is a very bad system I have bought all xpacs until rare loot appeared. I don't plan spending cash on rare loot basic packs, but I could upgrade my points-acquired-basic-version for cash in a sales campaign. With the actual system, I will be skipping rare loot xpac cash sales forever. Wow...

Hi all As title, just took the two perfect feats and I'm holding a bastard sword and a rune arm. I only got the icon of perfect THF. Are they just not working together? Thx EDIT: I know the melee power is not stacking, I'm talking about the other effects (strikethrough and vorpal 19-20)

Everything can change but Savant trees. You still can find untouched treasures like T4 Water Breathing (AP 2): You are unable to drown. (just like a hot example)
