I think you did the right thing - i just got teleported out of a quest to my airship 15 mins after i gave up trying to use the portal - and we were almost at the endfight sigh :)

Moonsea in general is poor right now - login issues, stuck in loading screens, ship teleporters not working, you know the drill :)

Same for me - in early levels when lacking AOE, that thundersnow wrecks lines of kobolds in those tunnels & with luck also the reaper behind them :)

I can get in now with one who wasn't logged in at the time of the incident, but the one i had online when it all went wrong cannot log in and is 'still being saved'

I used to be pretty good at that with the swimming survival stuff as a youngster but 3.5h might be pushing it :)

So it's broken for everyone on Moonsea then? Oh dear :( I guess that does at least mean there might be more urgency in finding a fix...

Am i right in thinking that it's just any account that was logged in at the time it died which is stuck now? My whole account is locked out & i was there earlier when it happened....

Re portals the ones i tried (notably market place north) were fine. The teleport that absolutely refused to work for me was the genie in fey hall to the harbor - nothing doing there. Was pleased to see also on transfer that of all the universal trees i'd earned through favor, only the harper one...

Finally transfered this weekend and so far much less laggy for me at least than Orien could be so i'm happy

Hehe so you had the last laugh - like one time they tried killing me with lag as an aura warlock - i logged back in 5 mins later standing alone surrounded by a pile of enemy corpses :)

For many of us based in europe i guess this will be the first time trying the game with somewhat reasonable ping so that i really do look forward to.

I guess this answers my unspoken question - i've been waiting for the favor fix to transfer here from Orien, but would have considered waiting longer if the lag here was as bad as reported on the two new US servers. Thankfully this seems not to be the case so i look forward to making the journey...
