You would have fighter x2 and DL x1 after the life. You would want to do another class if your working for class completionist. You only need 1 of fighter or dragon lord for class completionist. Class completionist only requires one life of each class or archetype (15 total lives).

If your doing 18 wiz/2 rogue I'd take the rogue level first for the extra skill points. For feats you want insightful reflexes at 1, maximize at 2 and quicken at 3. I know int builds have a ton of skill points any ways, but might as well maximize them and by level 3 everything else is the same...
