No because they are locked out of adding curses to any of their previously double cursed items (until cleansed). So if they exploted on their full gear set, they can't have curses on any of those (until cleansed, or the items are refarmed).

For info there is already raid runes in quests, so there is precedence.

You quoted me, but all I was trying to say was that throwing lots of resources at something does not necessarily fix any and all problems.

I was at a meeting back in '99 where the customer was saying that ANY timing problem could be resolved by throwing more resources at it. An IBM manager said "So if I let you have three ladies, you can deliver a baby in three months?" mic drop.

You won't get strike through with TWF (unless you also go T5 in Ranger - Dance of Death).

My guildy is playing a pure DL (Dwarf) and says that the T5 Ravager Blood Strength provides no healing, either on hit or on kill. Actually I rolled up an iconic (Bladeforged) to test this, I got no healing either. Tested in Gianhold wilderness at L15 (14DL).
