Gotcha. At cap 14d6 sneak attack dice for 10 seconds after using a Fey Step charge. So, obv good for boss fights. (They don't regenerate.) You get 2 base Fey steps per rest, plus 3 more using racial points. And every racial past life is another +1. That's cool.

Was it a stress test though? Is this question posed after the server went on a smoke break? Sure we can presume such, and yes it needed a restart due to some really bad issues.

that is trivial content as I said raids or high skulls R8-10, some of these run themselves these days yes. We are not talking about heroic lolcow leveling.

What are the consequences? Well I don't join raids or high skull groups when I log in and chat is down - especially some raids that require coordination - because if I am not privy to how we are running this particular raid/quest. I can't be the only one.
