Since we are getting another Iconic past life with the upcoming expansion, I think its time for Iconic Completionist. And I think the way to do it, is have the prize be another active slot for the past lives. So you will be able to have to active Iconic past live feats active at the same time.

I just ran some slayer, then a few quests solo, hardly any lag, joined a group, alot more lag, after group ran some quests and slayers solo again, hardly any lag.

I seem to have ALOT less lag, if I am soloing, and not in a common area, so alone in quest and wilderness areas, almost no lag.

Don't know if others have posted on this, but you can use this even while mounted, and it doesn't dismount you. Seems like a bug.
