They acknowledged it a few years back by hiring a person to fix the lag then nothing ever came of it. This is a major problem for them

This is why I let my VIP run out and refuse to buy the new expansion. Why they get their acts straight then I'll reconsider giving them my money

I'm pretty sure people are not angry with Cordovan. I know for one I am not. But SSG needs to be more transparent with their issues. As for everyone not being a paying customer you are correct but there are definitely more paying customers then not cause if there wasn't the game would have been...

The problem is the lack of communication between the customer and the service provider. When people pay for their time in game and can't experience said time that they paid for because the service provider can't get their acts together week after week people want to know what is going on with...

Actually what I ment was "Sarcasm" thick sweet sarcasm for the fact that nothing actually ever gets fixed.

They want a super extended downtime for you guys cause your server has less lag then everyone else
