Just ran No Refunds yesterday on Thrane, I can report that the graphical 'glitch' is alive and well. Played through it, moved on, that is all.

Agreed on the math pirotessa, just glad I left the level 36 cloak in my inventory on my main. At this point, I may just toss it vs. go through the headache of possible banking bug keeping me from TR'ing. Honestly the quest is fast, better than some of the longer Mabar quests.
